The Directory Settings page controls whether an online member directory is displayed and what information appears in it.
Accessing Directory Settings
Click Settings in the top navigation bar.
Select Directory Settings under the Members section in the left-hand menu.
Online Member Directory Options
If you would like to display an online member directory, fill out the options below and save.
Enable Online Member Directory: toggle to turn the directory on. If enabled, members will have the option to choose whether or not they are included.
Choose Which Account Types Are Included
Only selected account types will be included in the directory:
August Only, Closed, Couple, Family, Individual, Offered Membership, Senior, Waitlist
Choose Which Member Types Are Included
Only selected member types will be included in the directory:
Adult, Child, Nanny/Caregiver
Choose Which Member Fields Are Included
The selected member fields will be displayed in the directory. First name and last name are always displayed.
Email, Home Phone, Cell Phone, Work Phone, Address, Date of Birth, Member Type
