Waiver Forms - Reporting with Account Tags

How to tag accounts when they submit your waiver form and filter the Accounts list to see who has completed it.

Use an account tag to see which accounts have completed your waiver form before opening day. The form adds the tag when it is submitted, and you filter the Accounts list by that tag. You can add this to an existing waiver form or set it up on a new one.

Step 1: Create the Tag

  • Go to Settings > Members > Account Tags.

  • Add a tag called Waiver Form Submitted (or similar).

Step 2: Open the Form's Account Tags Settings

  • Go to Content > Gravity Forms and open your waiver form.

  • Under Settings, select Account Tags.

Step 3: Create a Feed

  • Create a new feed that adds the tag to the account when the form is submitted.

Step 4: Name the Feed and Pick the Tag

  • Name the feed, select the tag to add when the form is submitted, and save.

Step 5: Filter Accounts by the Tag

  • Go to Membership > Accounts and click Filters.

  • Under Tags, choose Waiver Form Submitted.

  • Click Save as view and give it a name so you can reuse it.

  • Optional: click Columns and turn on Tags to show tags in the list.

Step 6: Check the Report Anytime

  • Pick your saved view from the drop-down next to Filters to see which accounts have completed the waiver.

Things to Know

  • The tag is only added for submissions made after you set this up. For earlier submissions, add the tag manually.

  • The tag is added to the account whether one or both adults fill out the waiver.

  • If members must sign a new waiver each season, remove the tag from all accounts at season end: select the accounts in Membership > Accounts, then use Bulk Actions > Update Tags to remove it.
