ℹ️ Please note: Polaris Mail is currently available only to Early Adopters. A full platform-wide rollout is planned for a later phase.
This article is intended for clubs recently impacted by the RBL (blacklist) and email deferral issue.
If you're interested in using Polaris Mail, we encourage you to join our notification list so we can let you know once it's available to all clubs. Visit this article to learn how.
💡 If you use an email client to check your email, (like Thunderbird, Office, Ourlook, Gmail etc) don't forget to update your Email Client Settings!

Update your Email Client Settings
If you use an email client to access your email, you’ll need to update it with the new server settings once the migration is complete.
We recommend using IMAP instead of POP3. IMAP keeps a copy of your messages on the server while syncing them to your email client, which helps ensure nothing is lost. In contrast, POP3 downloads and removes emails from the server, which can result in lost messages if something goes wrong on your device.
IMAP is the safer option for keeping your mail accessible and backed up.
You can find the IMAP & POP3 incoming and outgoing server settings here: https://support.membersplash.com/en/articles/11388075-polaris-mail-imap-pop3-email-client-connection-information#h_ccb9a95e9e

Resetting Your Password
Step 2. Click on your User Icon in the top right, then click 'User Settings
Step 3. Click on the 'Password' icon:
Step 4. Enter your desired new password and click 'change':

What to do if you lost your password or can't login to your Polaris Mail account?
ℹ️ Note: As part of the planned platform-wide rollout, features like adding email accounts and resetting passwords will eventually be integrated directly into the MemberSplash dashboard.
Until then, if you need assistance with new email account setup, access, or password resets, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support team.
☝️ If you become locked out and need help resetting your password, please open a support ticket from within your MemberSplash dashboard and our team will assist you.
