Release 5.4.7077 - Bulk Actions Enhancements: Accounts & Members (March 12, 2026)
We've expanded the Bulk Actions tool across both the Accounts and Members screens with new capabilities and a fix for truncated menu options.
Membership > Accounts > Bulk Actions
Fixed an issue where Bulk Actions menu options were being cut off
New action: Close Accounts — close multiple accounts at once. Closed accounts are not permanently deleted and can still be found by toggling Show Closed Accounts
New action: Check-In Notes — append a timestamped note to existing check-in notes, or delete check-in notes across selected accounts
Membership > Members > Bulk Actions
New action: Update Member Type — update the member type for selected members (all member types configured in your platform will be available)
New action: Change Payment Status — set payment status to Paid, Unpaid, or Pending across selected members
Release 5.4.7086 — House Guest Pass Visibility (March 25, 2026)
House guests with a future start date are now visible across My Account, the check-in UI, and the admin EditAccount members list. Previously, pre-season guests were silently excluded from member fetches, so members had no way to confirm upcoming guest passes were set up correctly, and staff couldn't see them in the admin account view either.

Check In View (future date):
Guests with a future start date now appear with an inactive status rather than being filtered out. The My Account members widget also displays the guest pass date range, and check-in shows the inactive state inline for guests who haven't started yet.
Release 5.4.7087 — Admin Role-Based Page Restrictions (March 25, 2026)
Admins can now restrict WordPress pages to specific admin user roles. The Page Access Control metabox previously only offered Payment Status and Account Type filters (member-facing), which meant admins without a member account were blocked when member restrictions were applied — and removing all restrictions made the page fully public.
A new Admin User Roles section has been added to the metabox. When one or more roles are selected, only users with a matching WordPress role can view the page. Super admins always bypass restrictions. Pages with no admin roles selected fall through to existing payment/account type logic with no change in behavior.
Release 5.4.7088 — Row Action Menu Position Fix (March 25, 2026)
The row action kebab menu (⋮) now appears in the first column on the left side of data table rows, resolving clipping and misalignment on smaller viewports. Affects all admin tables that use row actions, including the Members table. Visual change only — no logic or data changes.
Release 5.4.7089 — Payment Page UI Fixes (March 25, 2026)
Several visual issues on the payment page have been resolved. Alternating gray/white table rows that made products appear disabled have been corrected, and checkboxes have been moved to the left side of product rows and increased in size. Text color is now consistent across all table rows and payment screens, the Edit Order button has been updated to match Submit button styling, and white button text that was being overridden by table color rules has been restored.
Release 5.4.7090 — New form type: Permanent Acknowledgment (March 27, 2026)
Adds a Permanent Acknowledgment form type to Member Splash's Gravity Forms integration, giving admins a way to require a one-time form submission that stays on file permanently — and refactors the form type selector into a cleaner radio group UI.
Introduces a new Permanent Acknowledgment form type alongside the existing Waiver and Reservation types.
Works like a waiver — appears as required on the Manage Account screen and check-in screen.
Unlike a waiver, submissions never expire. Once a member submits, they are never prompted again regardless of year.
Supports the same targeting rules as waivers: member type, age range, or billing contact.
Supports Show or Require actions.
Refactors the Member Splash form type admin UI from three separate checkboxes into a single radio group, making it impossible to assign a form more than one type at a time.
Adds a visible note to the Waiver Form option reminding admins that waiver submissions reset annually on January 1st.
Check-in screen correctly reflects permanent acknowledgment status — shows completed for any prior submission, not just submissions from the current year.
