Member Splash now supports staff email notifications for reservation activity. Admins can configure one or more email addresses to be notified whenever a reservation is created, modified, or cancelled for a specific facility.
This is particularly useful for clubs where front desk staff, facilities chairs, or court managers need real-time visibility into booking activity without logging into the admin dashboard.
How to Enable Staff Notifications
Notifications are configured at the individual facility level. To set them up:
Navigate to Reservations → Facilities in the admin dashboard.
Click the 3 dots next to the facility you want to configure and select Edit.
In the facility editor, click the Notifications tab.
Toggle Enable Staff Notifications to the On position.
Enter one or more email addresses in the Notification Recipients field. Press Enter after each address to add it.
Under Notify On, check the events you want to trigger a notification:
Reservation Created — notifies when a new reservation is booked
Reservation Modified — notifies when an existing reservation is changed (coming in a future update)
Reservation Cancelled — notifies when a reservation is cancelled by a member or admin
Click Update to save your settings.
NOTE: You can use the Quick Import dropdown to copy notification settings from another facility, saving time when configuring multiple courts or lanes with the same recipients.
What to Expect
Once enabled, recipients will receive an email each time a qualifying reservation event occurs for that facility. Notifications are sent per facility, so if you manage multiple courts or lanes you will want to configure each one separately — or use Quick Import to copy settings across facilities quickly.
COMING SOON: The Reservation Modified notification is currently listed as a planned enhancement and will be activated in a future release. Reservation Created and Reservation Cancelled are available now.
