The Splash Card Settings page controls whether Splash Cards are enabled site-wide and what terms are shown to members loading funds.
Accessing Splash Card Settings
Click Settings in the top navigation bar.
Select Splash Card Settings under the Payments section in the left-hand menu.
Enable Splash Cards
Enable Splash Cards: turn Splash Cards on or off site-wide. When disabled, Splash Cards are hidden from the member portal, admin panel, and point of sale.
Terms & Conditions
Optional: any text entered here will be displayed when users go to load funds onto a virtual payment card, below the standard notice.
The standard notice is always shown automatically when a member loads funds, regardless of whether you add custom text:
Your balance never expires. Loaded funds can be used for purchases via your club's point of sale system. Check with your club for more specific details. Splash Card balances are non-refundable. Once loaded, funds cannot be returned as cash or credited back to your payment method, so load what you plan to use.
Any text you enter in the Terms & Conditions field appears in addition to this standard notice, not in place of it.
