This video shows the basic steps a member follows to pay for standard items such as yearly dues.
Paying Point of Sale Bills
Point of Sale items charged to an account are placed on an order, and orders roll up to a bill. For details see Point of Sale - How Orders Display & Roll up.
The member logs in to their account as usual.
To see what they owe, the member goes to Unpaid Charges. Clicking a bill opens it to show all the orders on it.
To pay, the member goes to Payments and clicks Make a Payment.
The member selects the bills they want to pay and can leave others unpaid.
Note: To include all open bills automatically, go to Settings > Payments > Invoice Settings and check Make open bills required.
The member pays with any payment method your club allows.
