These two facility settings control how members choose their reservation time and who can share a time slot. Both are on the facility's settings screen.
Find the Settings
Go to Reservations → Facilities in the admin dashboard.
Click the 3 dots next to the facility and select Edit.
On the Summary tab, find Time Slots Enabled and Single Account Per Time Slot under Reservation Rules.
Click Update to save.
Time Slots Enabled
On: members choose their own start and end times in 15-minute increments within the facility's schedule. Good for lap lanes, tennis courts, and party rentals.
IMPORTANT: Set a Max Reservation Length so members can't book an entire day.
Off: members reserve the whole block as you scheduled it and can't pick their own times. Good for open swim sessions or blocks that end with a facility cleaning.
NOTE: If the facility uses paid reservations with Dynamic (per 15-min block) pricing, the price depends on how many 15-minute blocks are booked. Single Account Per Time Slot
When this is on, only members of one account can book a given time slot. Other accounts see that slot as unavailable. Good for:
Private lap lane rentals
Family swim lessons
Singles or doubles tennis
