Settings: Day Use Passes

Configure single-visit Day Use Pass sales, including tiers, purchase form, waiver, branding, and capacity limits.

The Day Use Passes page lets you configure single-visit pass sales for non-members. This section has its own set of tabs: General, Tiers, Purchase Form, Waiver, Branding, and Limits.

Accessing Day Use Passes

  • Click Settings in the top navigation bar.

  • Select Day Use Passes under the Site section in the left-hand menu.

General

  • Enable Day Use Passes: toggle to turn the feature on or off. When disabled, Day Use is hidden from check-in and the purchase page shows nothing.

  • Shortcodes: place these on your WordPress pages

    • Purchase page: [DAY-USE]

    • Waiver kiosk: [DAY-USE-WAIVER]

    Click the copy icon next to each shortcode to copy it.

Tiers

  • Lists all configured Day Use pass tiers with Label, Price, Sort Order, and Actions columns.

  • Click + Add Tier to create a new tier.

  • Shows "No tiers configured yet" when empty.

Purchase Form

  • Require mailing address: toggle requiring visitors to provide address, city, state, and zip.

  • Welcome message (optional): shown at the top of the purchase form. Leave blank to omit.

Waiver

  • Displays a "Not legal advice" notice reminding you to have a licensed attorney review your waiver language.

  • Click View Platform Default to see the default waiver text.

  • Custom waiver text: optional field to override the platform default, shown to visitors at your check-in kiosk. Leave blank to use the platform default.

Branding

These values appear on the public purchase page. Leave any field blank to omit it.

  • Club name: shown as the checkout header title.

  • Product label: shown beneath the club name.

  • Hero message (optional): shown prominently at the top of the purchase page.

  • Check-in instructions: shown on the confirmation screen after purchase.

  • Support text (optional): shown at the bottom of the confirmation screen.

Limits

  • Enable daily capacity limits: when enabled, visitors must reserve a specific date and the purchase form includes a calendar step.

  • Season Limits: limits apply to purchases per season, set to 0 for unlimited.

    • Per-person season limit: max credits one visitor can purchase per season.

    • Club season cap: max total credits the club can sell per season.
