Branding
Customize the text guests see throughout the purchase flow and confirmation emails.
Field | Description | Example |
Club Name | Used in email headers and confirmation screens | Orchard Hill Swim Club |
Product Label | Replaces "pass" throughout the UI | Swim Pass, Guest Pass |

Purchase Form Tab
Require Email Address
When enabled, guests must enter an email before checkout. Email is used for confirmation delivery. Phone is the primary guest identifier for check-in and reschedule.
Require Mailing Address
When enabled, guests must enter street, city, state (2-letter), and ZIP before checkout.
Welcome Message
Optional headline shown at the top of the purchase form. Example: "Welcome! Purchase your day pass below."
Waiver Tab
Enter the liability waiver language guests must agree to before purchase and at the kiosk. Leave blank to use the MemberSplash platform default.
Tips:
Plain text works best — line breaks are preserved
Keep it concise — guests at a kiosk won't read pages of text
Have your legal counsel review the language before publishing
Note: Each waiver record captures a fingerprint of the exact waiver text shown at the time of signing. If you update the text later, older signatures remain verifiable against the version that was in effect when they signed.
Limits Tab
Per-Person Season Limit
Maximum passes one guest can purchase in a season. Set to 0 for unlimited. The system blocks any purchase that would put a guest over this limit.
Club-Wide Season Cap
Total passes the club will sell in one season across all guests. Set to 0 for unlimited.
Capacity Tab
Enable Daily Capacity Limits
Toggle on to activate the daily capacity system. When off, unlimited passes can be purchased for any date.
Weekday Capacity
Maximum passes sold per weekday (Monday–Friday). Set to 0 for unlimited.
Weekend Capacity
Maximum passes sold per weekend day (Saturday–Sunday). Set to 0 for unlimited.
Per-Date Overrides
Override the default weekday/weekend limits for specific dates — useful for holidays, special events, or blackout days. Per-date overrides take precedence over the defaults.
To add an override: enter the date (YYYY-MM-DD) and capacity, then click Add.
To remove an override: click Delete on that row.
How Capacity Enforcement Works
Guest selects a date during checkout
System checks available spots for that date
Active checkouts in progress count against capacity — not just completed purchases — so no spot is ever double-sold
Fully booked dates are greyed out in the date picker
Capacity is verified again when the purchase completes
Management Tabs
Tab | What you can see |
Guests | All guest records: name, phone, email, total purchases |
Purchases | All transactions: tier, price, quantity, date, confirmation code, payment status |
Check-Ins | Attendance log: guest name, date, time, staff member, re-entry flag |
Use these tabs to audit activity, resolve support issues, and verify attendance.
