Day Use Passes lets your club sell single-visit passes online to non-members. Guests buy on your website, get a confirmation code, sign a waiver at a kiosk, and check in at the front desk on their visit day.
What's Included
Online purchase page: guests choose passes, pick a date if you use daily limits, and pay by card. No account needed.
Confirmation email: sent right after purchase with the confirmation code, visit date, and a Reschedule link.

Key Features
Pricing tiers. Create as many pass types as you need, such as Adult, Child, or Senior, each with its own price. They appear on the purchase page in the order you set.
Daily capacity limits. Limit how many passes are sold each day, with separate weekday and weekend limits and overrides for holidays or events. Full dates are greyed out for guests.
Date holds. With daily limits on, a guest's date is held for 10 minutes while they check out, so two guests can't buy the last spot at the same time.
Season limits. Cap how many passes one guest can buy in a season (for example, 10) and how many your club sells in total (for example, 500).
Self-service reschedule. Guests enter their confirmation code and the last 4 digits of their phone number to pick a new date.
Waiver kiosk. Guests look up their reservation by phone number and sign for everyone in their party. Each signature is saved with the date, time, and the exact waiver text they agreed to.
Payments. Cards are processed through ECRYPT. A purchase is only recorded once payment goes through.
Your Day Use Pages
When you turn on Day Use Passes, two pages are created and published for you. Find them in Content → Pages.

You can rename either page or change its URL. The Day Use content on them can't be removed by accident. If Day Use Passes is turned off in Settings → Day Use Passes → General, both pages show nothing.
