Visits Report

Updated this week

The Visits Report helps you track both member and guest visits to your pool. It’s a valuable tool for planning, evaluating usage trends, and determining staffing needs.

Filtering Your Report

Use the built-in filters to refine your search:

  • Date Range – Select a custom range of dates.

  • Time Period – View data by hour, day, week, or month.

  • Account Type – Choose from your organization’s specific account types.

  • Visit Type – View all visits, or only members or guests.

  • Attendant – Filter by the staff member who checked in the visitor (helpful for tracking visits by pool if you have multiple locations).

  • Search By – Look up visits by name or account number.

After setting your filters, click Apply to run the report. Use Reset to clear your selections and start fresh.
